The attached artifact is a flyer, and (or) email, sent to staff and faculty at the university where the student interned for. The flyer was created as a means to engage staff in participating as a judge for student projects.This was an active form of engagement that provided staff and faculty with a clearly defined task, timeline, and ways to follow up for more information. All of which effictivley demonstrates the students ability to adhere to CSWE's Core Competency 6: Engage with Individuals, Families, Groups, Organizations, and Communties (2015).
