The presented artifact is a survey created by the student, during their time interning at the university SGDO. The tool was created using an online survey platform. The survey was created as a means to assess the current internal grant development process. The assessment survey was only given to faculty who have previously been awarded an internal grant award through the university. Thus, demonstrating the student's willingness, capability, and ability to demonstrate the CSWE's Core Competency 7: Assess Individuals, Families, Groups, Orginizations, and Communities (2015).

This artifact reflects the student's ability to adhere to CSWE's Core Competency 7: Assess Individuals, Families, Groups, Organizations, and Communities (2015), through the analysis provided information to assess faculties' abilities to successfully complete the application requirements. This was created as a means to assess any gaps in departmental funding applications and opportunities.
